Factory
Our bio-composite factory is located in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, where we handle mixing and extrusion across 3,500m² of production and warehousing space. We produce approximately 60 tons of extruded bio-composite product per month, supplying the local Indonesian market, export customers, and our own Mila villa products.
Our Production Process
We mix and extrude our bio-composite material in-house, turning it into finished profiles — decking boards, cladding, flooring, and more — before final finishing. We’re currently expanding this line with a new extrusion line, new mixing equipment, and a new sanding master, adding both capacity and a better surface finish to the range.
Materials & Sustainability
Every bio-composite product we make is circular by design: 80% recycled materials, of which 70% is organic, and 100% recyclable at end of life. That circularity starts with the compound itself, carried through our in-house mixing and extrusion into the finished decking, cladding, and flooring you see on-site.

With around 60 tons of monthly extrusion capacity across 3,500m² of production and warehousing space, we supply three kinds of orders from the same facility: the local Indonesian market, export customers worldwide, and our own Mila villa product line.
