Manufacturing Update: Expanding Our Production Capacity

Destination Green continues to strengthen its manufacturing capabilities with the arrival of a new PE-WPC extrusion line at our Yogyakarta factory. This investment marks another important step in expanding our production capacity and supporting continuous product innovation.

The new SJZ65/132+YF240 PE-WPC extrusion line is equipped with a 37kW main motor and provides a realistic output of up to approximately 2 tons per 24 hours in our filler-heavy production mix.

The line comes with:

• Crusher for WPC-PE waste recycling
• Sanding & brushing finishing unit
• 7 new dies for additional product shapes

A second extrusion line is expected to arrive within the next four weeks, further increasing Destination Green’s production capacity.

This line is dedicated to manufacturing prefab bungalow components for La Casa Modular Living.

What This Adds

Destination Green continues to expand its bio-composite manufacturing capacity from Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

In October 2026, Destination Green will receive its second bio-composite (WPC) extrusion line as part of our ongoing investment in production capacity and product innovation.

The additional extrusion line will increase manufacturing efficiency, improve production flexibility, and help us meet the growing demand for our bio-composite building materials, including decking, cladding, roofing, and other architectural applications.

Destination Green is pleased to announce that our new glulam and cross-laminated timber (CLT) production facility is scheduled to become fully operational in September 2026.

This expansion will allow us to manufacture high-quality engineered timber products from recycled teak, supporting a wider range of sustainable structural solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The new production line represents another important step in our commitment to circular manufacturing and environmentally responsible construction materials.

For the first time in our brands history we will take Destination Green directly to a fair in Europe. Here we will mainly exhibit our new Teak Polymer Composite table tops. For the first time we will focus our entire presentation at the International Furniture Fair (IFEX) on our new Teak Polymer Composite (TPC) table tops. The fair will be held from the 12th until the 15th of March 2019 in the Jakarta International Expo Center, we can be found on our usual spot A049-B.

Due to the global Covid-19 Pandemic this fair was unfortunately cancelled. We will be featuring our tops on the Spoga 2020 in Cologne in September instead.

Destination Green will be once again present at the International Furniture Expo (IFEX) in Jakarta. This year we mainly focus on our Teak Polymer Composite bathroom line also known as ConSpire and various Concrete Basins. We are of course also available to answer all your questions about our other Teak Polymer Composite products. The fair will be held from the 11th until the 14th of March 2019 in the Jakarta International Expo Center.

This year we will once again be on the IFEX, we will however be exhibiting on three different booths. Our main booth can be found on A049-B, furthermore we will also have a booth on the outside featuring our newly developed Teak Polymer Composites furniture components and several other applications. In hall D we will be showing our ConSpire Teak Polymer Composite Bathroom furniture and on our main booth the wall paneling alongside some Concrete Composite basins. The fair will be held from the 9th until the 12th of March 2018 in the Jakarta International Expo Center.

At the end of 2017 in coloboration with our other company, Roma Export, we have launched the brand ConSpire. The ConSpire brand is build on the combination of our Concrete Composite Basins and our Teak Polymer Composite. Please visit: Con-Spire.com for more information.

Similar to all prior years Destination Green will once again feature their new lines of products on the IFEX in Jakarta. The Fair will be held in the Jakarta International Expo Center. We will show new ranges of wall cladding and a whole new line of concrete sinks. Destination Green can be found on booth A53 from the 11th till the 14th of March.

This year we will be once again exhibit a line of our products at the IFEX in Jakarta which is held from the 11th till the 14th of March of 2016. We will for the first time display our recycled wooden wall cladding which we make from left over wood from the furniture industry. Please find us at booth 57A.

Besides the IFEX for the global market we will also join the Megabuild fair, where we will display our building materials from the 19th till the 22nd of March.

This year we will be present again at the Indonesia International Furniture Expo in Jakarta. Come visit us on March 12 until March 15 at stand 57A.

In order to make our Click Tiles a true eye-catcher in DIY stores we have improved the packaging. The packaging includes an instruction manual and a QR code that redirects customers to more product information.

Our stands displaying our click tiles have just been placed in three large Indonesian DIY Stores, more are soon to follow.

Over the past few months we have been busy with new projects and new products, therefore we would like to update you on what has been and is happening at the moment. We are currently constructing a vast amount of WPC decks and also have several projects going with our other building materials. Thereby we have expanded our Click Tiles in a DIY Store friendly line, finally we also developed a new line of recycled teak wall cladding.
